Robert Mandelberg, “Resume Rob,” founded the Creative Edge Resume & Writing Service in 1987. Since that time, he has written approximately 20,000 resumes for job seekers in all industries and at all levels. He specializes in creating achievement-focused resumes and cover letters that highlight the unique value and capabilities of each job seeker.

Rob is a Certified Professional Resume Writer, a Certified Employment Interview Specialist, and a member of several professional resume writing and career organizations.

Rob created and produced the Job-Search Summit, a groundbreaking, day-long event that provided job seekers with a blueprint for finding a job in this competitive environment. He developed a comprehensive program that revealed insider secrets to finding a job, and featured experts and leaders in the career-services industry including career book authors, top national interview coaches and speakers, association leaders, recruiters, social networking gurus, and human resources professionals.

In addition to creating resumes, Rob has written business plans, marketing plans, press releases, speeches, and other business documents. He is also a published author (sole author of six books with Sterling Publishing), a playwright (including one play that toured nationally with more than 200 performances), and a public relations expert (served as Public Relations Coordinator for the Literacy Volunteers of Monmouth County and a professional association).

Rob lives with his wife and four-year-old daughter in central New Jersey. He enjoys playing tennis, racquetball, softball, and even Ping Pong! Rob also enjoys teaching English to Spanish-speaking individuals.
